What to expect during a sound healing session?

Everyone holds stressors and traumas in their body differently, so what you experience during a sound healing session will be unique to you. Since your body is in a state of flux, each sound healing session may be different. Some of my clients feel deeply relaxed or slip into a meditative state, dozing in and out of sleep. Some clients who released stuck energy or energetic blockages during the session felt a bit restless during and after. This is normal as it is your body’s way of “detoxing” or letting go of what is no longer serving you so you can realign with your natural state.

What to expect after a sound healing session?

We hold stressors and traumas in our bodies differently, so the experience after a session will be unique to you. Many people feel deeply relaxed, lighter, and more balanced. Others experience emotional release, heightened awareness, or improved sleep. If stuck energy or blockages are released, you may feel restless or uncomfortable. This is normal as it is your body’s way of recalibrating itself. The feeling usually subsides within 24-48 hours. It is recommended to stay well-hydrated and allow yourself time to integrate the healing effects, which can take a few hours or a few days.
