I understand how exhausting it can be to navigate through anxiety, stress, pain, and overdoing. For years, I thought I was dealing with stress well, until it started to compound, giving me other health issues that required medications. I felt stuck—physically, mentally, and emotionally—unsure of how to give myself the grace to heal.

Looking for more natural solutions to healing, I started with simple breathwork practices, which I still do daily. While this helped immensely, I could tell my body was still holding on to emotions and energy that weren’t serving me emotionally and physically. That’s when I discovered solfeggio frequencies. These frequencies range from 174 Hz to 963 Hz, and studies have shown they impact the human body and emotional state.

One night, I listened to the 174 Hz frequency all night. During the night, I experienced a huge shift and emotional release. Amazed, I dove into learning more about sound healing and frequencies and how it can help us let go of stuck emotions, patterns, and even help us heal. The more I exposed myself to frequency, be it a sound bath, healing Tibetan singing bowls, Scalar or Solfeggio frequencies, the lighter, more centered, and better I felt.

This led me to develop a love for Tibetan singing bowls, which have a frequency range between 110 Hz and 990 Hz (like solfeggio frequencies) and have many healing benefits. The more sound helped me shift and heal, the more I realized I wanted to share this powerful tool with others.

I’m continually amazed by the power of sound, and love the journey I’m on to learn more about this modality and how it can support our journeys to realign ourselves and our energetic body.
