
July 25th Sound Bath in Oak Harbor at North Whidbey Center for Wellbeing
On the last Saturday of the month, give yourself permission to relax, restore and come back to center with sound.
Join Lara on Saturday, July 25th, for a deeply relaxing group sound bath at the North Whidbey Center for Wellbeing in Oak Harbor, WA. Open to all who seek restoration and a deep reset so you can come back to center. Sound baths will take place the last Saturday of every month, except during holiday weeks.
Sound Bath Details
Let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, Solfeggio frequencies, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other musical instruments wash over and through you, helping to melt stress away and give your body a deep reset so it can return to its natural balance.
Whether you’re looking to unwind after a busy week or just curious about sound healing, this is the perfect way to recharge your mind and body. Come as you are and immerse yourself in peaceful, healing frequencies and leave feeling more grounded and aligned. (Please arrive 10 minutes prior to settle into your spot.)
Attendees under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present.

What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket(s), pillow(s), eye covers, cozy socks, and anything else that helps you feel supported so you can fully relax during the one hour sound bath journey. Afterwards, we invite you to stay for tea, so you can fully integrate all of the frequencies you’ve just experienced and ground yourself with a warm beverage. (Please arrive 10 minutes prior to settle into your spot.)

Bring Your Crystals
Sound is a beautiful way to cleanse and charge your crystals. If you have a favorite stone or crystal you’d like to energize, bring it along and place it near the bowls during the session. The frequencies will do the rest.
