• Optional biofield clearing to release stagnant or inherited patterns
• Grounding and integration with selenite cleansing
• Personalized session recap within 24 hours, including chakra insights, what was cleared or activated, and integration practices to support their healing

How It Works

1. Purchase the Gift Certificate
Fill out the payment form, including the fields for the recipient’s details (name, email, phone) and the date you’d like the gift certificate to be emailed to them.

3. You’ll Receive Confirmation
You’ll receive a payment confirmation once your purchase is complete.

3. They Receive an Email
On the date you specified, the recipient will receive an email with a link to book their sound healing session and details about the session.

4. They Schedule Their Session
They’ll choose a date and time on the booking calendar. We recommend sometime within six months of receiving the gift certificate.

Note: If you want to print out the gift certificate to give to them, please follow the steps above (including the receive date) AND then send and email to soundhealingwithlara@gmail.com noting that you would like the gift certificate emailed to you.

What Is a Private Sound Healing Session ?

During my one-on-one sessions I use the frequencies and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, along with intuitive energy work, to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. The resonant tones help calm the nervous system, balance the chakras, and bring energy back into harmony, creating space for deep rest, emotional release, and reconnection with yourself.
