Settle onto your yoga mat with blankets and bolsters for a fully relaxing sound bath experience. The studio has mats, blankets and bolsters, but you may also bring your own, along with whatever else you may need to feel supported during your experience like pillows, eye covers, and your favorite cozy blanket. Bring Your Crystals
Sound is a beautiful way to cleanse and charge your crystals. If you have a favorite stone or crystal you’d like to energize, bring it along and place it near the bowls during the session. The frequencies will do the rest.
